the majority of my life i thought handshakes were super simple. grab someone's hand, shake, awkwardly smile at each other, and move on. but i didn't know you had to GRAB someone's hand, like REALLY GRAB IT LIKE IT WANT IT SQUASH IT or somethin.
one time i was at the orthodontics' office and the surgeon dude was introducing himself, hi hello how you doing, he puts his hand out so we can shake, i accept, THEN HE FUCKIN GRABS MY HAND RIPS IT OFF THROWS IT ON THE GROUNDS AND STOMPS ON IT. not really but he had a really strong grip, like damn.
i told my friend about it and he clarified everything for me. you're not supposed to just softly grab their hand and awkwardly shake it, thats lame. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO GRAB THEIR HAND WITH ALL YOUR FORCE THEN SHAKE. THE STRONGER THE GRIP THE MORE DOMINANT YOU ARE. AND WHOEVER LETS GO FIRST, THATS AN AUTOMATIC SIGN THAT YOUR A LITTLE BITCH. YOU JUST TOLD THEM YOU CANT HANDLE HOW STRONG THEIR GRIP IS. THATS HOW YOU PROPERLY SHAKE HANDS.
ever since then, i've been improving on my handshaking skills. they've improved drastically since that happened and im proud.
thank you for your time
